Our food sources are very much lacking in vitamins and minerals, which are essential to assisting, balancing, and restoring the body in our daily healthy habits. Supplementation is a convenient way to do just that, supplement where we are lacking micronutrients, trace minerals, probiotics, and prebiotics. Zallevo is my supplement of choice to complement the whole foods being consumed.

Every 'Body' has specific needs, rather than trying to fit the symptoms into a protocol, It is best to take the time to get to know what is really going on in your body and your life.  The first step is to decrease the toxin loads or as I call it, the "muddy waters" by removing the inflammatory foods (the cause of so many symptoms) to help us see what is really going on in the body that is unique to you. Without taking this step, it is hard to go into the next step of care. This is not an easy task for many and it is important for me to take into consideration your current situations and life demands to create a plan that feels right for you and grow with your progress.
