About Jenn
Hello! My name is Jenn Mangeri. I live with my 2 kids and amazing husband, who have been supporting my passion for fitness and nutrition for the past 11 years. I’m on a journey to educate individuals on the importance of a healthy balance: physically, mentally, and spiritually. I love a great workout, making nutritious meals for my family, and helping others to achieve their fitness and nutritional goals.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Jenn studied psychology at Judson University, where she met her husband. They were married, and relocated 20 years ago to Nashville. Jenn has discovered her passion in the fitness industry and is certified in, and teaches, PLYOGA classes as well as personal training. She has also found her second passion in nutrition. Jenn has 17 years of experience working in nutritional networking and in aiding individuals reach their maximum nutritional goals. She loves to cook and experiment on altering recipes to give them nutritional balance, and enjoys the science behind nutrition and how we can eat to optimize our own bodies’ functionality. She is a Functional Nutrition Counselor by the Functional Nutrition Alliance for a deeper dive into the knowledge of food as medicine, and how to heal root issues and not just symptoms.
As a previous Volleyball, Softball, and Gymnastics athlete, it is Jenn’s greatest pleasure to help young adults and adults find their inner athlete. Having experienced a very extensive transformation herself both mentally and physically, she feels well equipped to guide those who are willing in taking the next step in discovering themselves all over again.
Jenn puts her faith and Hope in Christ to help guide her hand through the trials that are often present while discovering oneself. She has been able to persevere and honor the truth that We are never alone and are truly God's masterpiece.
